LOFT TOWERS - Development Regulation Plan (GRG) and architectural project, located in the first coastline zone of Kobuleti, Georgia. The project is conceived as a multifunctional residential and hospitality complex composed of two high-rise towers.
The development includes 25- and 30-storey buildings, designed so that every apartment and residence benefits from direct or panoramic views of the Black Sea. The architectural concept is based on contemporary and dynamic forms, open views, and the efficient use of space.
The complex combines hotel and hotel-type residential functions, creating an environment attractive both for leisure and investment purposes.
