The project represents a revision of the Hualing Development Regulation Plan (GRG) located in the Varketili district of Tbilisi, covering an area of approximately 60 hectares.
As part of the revision process, several independent blocks and key sectors were reworked, resulting in a multilayered urban structure that integrates residential, public, and landscape spaces into a unified system.
The project includes the organization of multi-family residential developments within three adjacent yet independent Development Regulation Plans, the integration of multifunctional and educational facilities, as well as the creation of large-scale recreational spaces that form an ecologically and socially active environment.
