The project is located in Saguramo, Mtskheta, and represents a complex of individual residential houses integrated into the natural landscape, focused on low-density development, green surroundings, and a peaceful living environment.
The total project area covers 252,691 sq.m and includes 220 residential plots. The main planning principle is based on maximizing views and spatial openness — each plot maintains a visual connection to landscaped and recreational areas.
At the center of the development, an approximately 1-hectare recreational and entertainment zone is planned, connected by a boulevard to additional recreational spaces located on the eastern and western sides of the site. In total, the recreational infrastructure covers approximately 2 hectares.
The project creates a low-intensity residential environment in harmony with nature, combining private living spaces with shared public and recreational zones.
